Brian W. Kanarek is a senior real estate executive with 20 years of experience in brokerage, asset management, and fiduciary governance. He operates at the intersection of real assets and human potential.
Under his leadership, Community Growth serves as the Exclusive Real Estate Division for corporations and the Private Office for their Principals. His multidisciplinary expertise, spanning Title Integrity, Capital Structure, and Investment Sales, allows the firm to execute complex transactions with the precision of a fiduciary and the tenacity of a principal.
As Managing Principal, he has established the firm's Constitution: a commitment to be a diligent Steward, building thriving communities upon the pillars of Justice, Truth, and Peace. He is the author of the American Economic Defense Act and the Ascent & Renaissance Acts.
