Zoning Map


On June 7, 2005, the Pequot Lakes City Council adopted a new Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance. The City will be adopting a new zoning map that reflects the new Ordinance and has held a public hearing to rezone the whole City on July 21, 2005. Click on the links below to view both the Old Zoning Map,the New Zoning Map, the Official Zoning Map showing parcels that have been rezoned, and three tables showing the old and new zonings for each parcel sorted by PIN and by last name, and properties that will be rezoned at a later date.

Residents that have found issue with or disputed their new zoning classification have had the opportunity to opt out of the blanket rezoning on July 21, 2005 and request a separate public hearing to rezone at a later date as Planning Commission time allows. Residents will be informed of the date for their rezoning public hearing.
