Permit applications can be submitted at City Hall weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  Applications for conditional use permits, variances, zoning changes or subdivisions are due thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.  Regular Planning and Zoning meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month.

The City has sixty (60) days in which to approve or deny all applications, although most take only a few days.  Unnecessary delays can be avoided by working closely with the Pequot Lakes planning staff and by submitting applications as early as possible.
