We promote a culture of giving so that members of the Community Growth Institute Planning Team can find meaningful ways to spend paid days off each year devoted to volunteering.

1% of our services.

Donated and discounted services help communities get beyond major obstacles and on a path towards renewed strength and prosperity.

1% of our equity.

We dedicate a portion of our equity each year to grants and monetary assistance, especially to support community-initiatives, local volunteer projects and youth activities.

Our goal is to use our financial and intellectual resources to build a Strong America by supporting community-building efforts in small towns and rural areas.
