The City of Nisswa has completed a Comprehensive Planning process and is now working on the first step of implementation: an update to the city’s Land Use and Subdivision ordinances. 

The Nisswa Planning Commission is meeting regularly to review the draft ordinance and direct changes.  This page contains the drafts of the ordinance, which are posted once they are updated.  Each draft will identify the changes that have been made since the previous draft.
