Permit applications can be submitted by mail or fax to the Community Growth Institute.  If the application is submitted by fax, please call to verify receipt.  Applications for conditional use permits, variances, zoning changes or subdivisions are due thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.  Zoning meetings are held on an as-needed basis.

The City has sixty (60) days in which to approve or deny all applications, although most take only a few days.  Unnecessary delays can be avoided by working closely with the Garrison planning staff and by submitting applications as early as possible.
