The Emily City Council has issued a positive declaration and ordered the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement.  This was done on January 8, 2008, with the passage of Resolution 08-03.  The Environmental Quality Board has been notified of the City’s decision, as have all individuals who submitted comments on the EAW. 

The date for an EIS scoping meeting is to be determined.
