East Gull Lake regulates land use within the City with their Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance. The ordinance details the minimum standards for all development within the City. How do I get a land use permit?

Land use permit applications, as well as applications for subdivisions, conditional uses, variances and home occupations, are available on this web site. There are instructions for each included with the application form. Applications can be submitted at any time. Applications are reviewed during office hours, the frequency of which varies based on the time of year.
