    What can I do with my property?
    East Gull Lake regulates land use within the City with their Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance.  The ordinance details the minimum standards for all development within the City.  Permits are required for all construction.  The following links provide more detail for each residential zoning classification.

    What is my property zoned?
    A copy of the City's Official Zoning Map can be obtained by clicking the "Zoning Map" link to the left of this page.  For more specific information, please call the City.


    How do I get a land use permit?
    Land use permit applications, as well as applications for subdivisions, conditional uses, variances and home occupations, are available on this web site.  There are instructions for each included with the application form.  Applications can be submitted at any time.  Applications are reviewed during office hours, the frequency of which varies based on the time of year.
