Permit applications can be submitted at the Community Growth Institute's office weekdays between 8:30AM and 4:30PM. Call ahead for time sensitive materials. Applications for conditional use permits, variances, zoning changes or subdivisions are due thirty (30) days prior to the meeting. Regular Planning and Zoning meetings are held on the second Monday of each month.
The Township has sixty (60) days in which to approve or deny all applications, although most take only a few days. Unnecessary delays can be avoided by working closely with the planning team and by submitting applications as early as possible.
