    Permit applications can be obtained and submitted at the Corinna Town Hall during Township office hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. A drop box is available outside of Town Hall for 24 hour access to pick up or drop off application forms.

    Zoning Administrator office hours are 8:30 am to 12:00 noon on the second Monday of each month (Tuesdays if holiday) at Town Hall. The Zoning Administrator can also be reached weekdays from 8:00 to 4:30 pm by calling toll free at 866-900-3064. Meetings can be requested at Town Hall by appointment if necessary.

    Applications for conditional use permits, variances, zoning changes or subdivisions are due thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.  Public hearings for variances, conditional use permits and subdivisions/plats are regularly held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm.     The Township has sixty (60) days or more in which to approve or deny all applications, although most take only a few days.  Unnecessary delays can be avoided by working closely with the Corinna Township planning staff and by submitting applications as early as possible.
